About

Operating in the sweet spot between strategy, leadership and communication

After decades of filling positions, such as project manager, export manager, marketing manager and CEO of companies and organizations either in, or dependent on the services rendered by the creative industries, in 2012, I decided to agglomorate my experience into my own, unique take on strategy and leadership, based on or inspired by design thinking and creative processes, and with a strong focus on communication and organizational learning.

Today, I serve private sector companies, non-governmental organizations and governments by designing and facilitating strategic processes, training programmes, organisational capacity building and change and by building leadership capacity in organizations.

Leader team processes and training programmes, user-centric strategies and roadmaps

Through facilitated conversations and exercises, I help teams to become more conscious about why and for whom they do what they do, and to explore the potential of working with roadmaps, scenarios and narratives, as a continuous and structured analytical and strategic process. The benefit is a clearer, more coherent and clearly prioritized blueprint for long-term change and transformation, as well as for optimized day-to-day operations.

Based on the same legacy as the one, on which the leader team processes are built, I develop and deploy training frogrammes, lasting from one day to a full week – developed to inspire and support a more user-centric culture, benefitting the businessm as well as the user experience  of products and services.

Training programmes are offered in person or digitally, as in-house programmes for teams or across departments, and developed to accomodate different group sizes.

A niche service, based on 15 years of experience as expert evaluator, recorder/rapporteur and vice chair for the FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes, I have helped a number of consortia and consultancies helping consortia with EU proposals in the last phases before submitting. As an external evaluator and quality-controller, I can spot many of the pitfalls that can determine whether a proposal is chosen for funding or not.
